“Their choice food.” Choices inundate us in the culture in which we live. We are literally surrounded by any amount of choices. We have over indulged choices before us. The result is a society of stressed out and unsatisfied people. We don’t feel better because Babylon lies.

a.     Nothing is more dangerous than friendly captivity.

We are captivated by a Babylon. How much more dangerous is it to us than it happens to be accommodating to us? The quickest way the Enemy can get us, is to say “It’s all about you.”

b.     Captivity never means friendly.

It will turn on us every time. What it is saying is “It is all about you; you can get your heart’s desire.” We are absolutely overwhelmed in a sea of self-absorption.

PSALM 27:4 (NKJV)

One thing I have desired of the Lord,

That will I seek:

That I may dwell in the house of the Lord

All the days of my life,

To behold the beauty of the Lord
