We, too, will lose our identity and integrity without resolve.

“Daniel purposed in his heart (לֵב lēḇ, Heb).

  COLOSSIANS 3:1

If you and I do not resolve, we will lose our integrity and our identity.

Babylon did everything to rename and recharacterize Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, and that is what our world is trying to do to us.

The word defile (גָּאַל gāʾal, Heb.) in the Hebrew means “to pollute, to stain, to make impure.” We are not to be defiled or corrupted by Babylon.

DANIEL 1:6

They were four among many. Our purpose on this planet is for us to be relevant for the Kingdom of God, and for His glory.
