Gabriel (Γαβριήλ Gabriḗl, Gk.)

Gabriel (Γαβριήλ Gabriḗl, Gk.)

The name “Gabriel (Γαβριήλ Gabriḗl, Gk.)” means “Man of God. God's able-bodied one. God is my Champion, Strong-Man, or Hero.”
Zechariah sees a sight that he will live with for the rest of his life, and never recover from.

Daniel 9:20-22
The moment you pray, the answer is given. The revelation of that answer might not be given yet; but the answer has been issued, and your God has heard you.

Zechariah was gripped (ἐπιπίπτω epipíptō, Gk.) with fear (φόβος phóbos, Gk.). The sight of Gabriel intensely fell upon him, and he was terrified, and astonished with amazement.

Daniel 8:15-18

The sight of Gabriel sent Daniel into a coma.
The word “Fear” in the Greek Verb Tense means “You are scaring me to death, you are presently scaring me to death, and I feel like you are going to constantly scare me to death.”
