HOW OUR BRIDEGROOM – JESUS – SEES US
SEES THE OUTWARD MANIFESTATION OF AN INWARD VIRTUE, AS IF IT WERE A PURE, WHITE, SPARKLING WEDDING GOWN. HE IS FILLED WITH WONDER AND DELIGHT JUST LOOKING AT US. OUR BRIDEGROOM IS CAPTIVATED AND EXCITED AS JOY SWELLS UP WITHIN HIM, WHEN HE SEES HIS BRIDE PURE AND CLEAN. JESUS SEES US AS THE ONE AND ONLY!
Almighty God:
Your Word says that your bride will be presented to your Son as a pure virgin, without spot or wrinkle; holy and blameless. My head spins, body trembles, and my spirit soar. I am pure because of you; washed for all eternity in your cleansing blood. Hallelujah Lord Jesus!
