PSALM OF DIVINE ASSURANCE

O LORD my heart is not conceited
I do not seek self-esteem or vainglory
You are in heaven and we are on earth
Help me to live between the hidden things and the revealed things
You carry us as a man carries his son
You are seen as the God who gives birth to us
You will comfort us and not forget us
This demonstrates your love and protection, and full assurance of security to us
