FEBRUARY 17

FEBRUARY 17

You delivered me from death, even my feet from stumbling, to walk before God in the light of life. Psalm 56: 13

Perhaps many of us have experienced a deliverance of some kind. Certainly those who are believers in Christ have been delivered from a general and otherwise hopeless bondage to sin. But Christians can also unfortunately experience areas of captivity long after conversion. My personal history of deliverance began when I accepted Christ as Savior. But since that time, He has also delivered me from tremendous insecurity, much fear, very defeated thinking, and self- destructive patterns of sin. You’ve likely experienced deliverance of one kind or another, too. Thank Him for that.
